3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly fails to honour their appointments.

Treatment packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. Unused sessions in a package may be transferred to another treatment of equal or lesser value, subject to clinic approval.

4. Promotions & Pricing

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
